ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT

Short-Term Goals

  • Implementation of NEP 2020 reforms, including CBCS and a multidisciplinary approach.
  • Introduction of add-on and skill-based courses such as Computer Literacy, Spoken English, and Financial Literacy.
  • Initiation of remedial and bridge courses for academically weaker students.
  • Adoption of ICT-enabled teaching methods.
  • Strengthening of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC).
  • Improvement of pass percentage from 65% to 75%.

Mid-Term Goals

  • Introduction of vocational and job-oriented courses such as digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and AI-enabled skills.
  • Promotion of a research-oriented academic culture among faculty and students.
  • Establishment of interdisciplinary learning systems.
  • Collaboration with industries and non-governmental organizations.
  • Improvement of pass percentage to 80–85%.

Long-Term Goals

  • Establishment of a Research and Innovation Center.
  • Introducing professional courses with an orientation of employability and entrepreneurship.
  • Expansion of postgraduate programs.
  • Achievement of NAAC accreditation with a minimum grade of B+ or above.
  • Development of an incubation and entrepreneurship cell.
  • Strengthening of placement systems and career opportunities.

ADMINISTRATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Short-Term Goals

  • Implementation of e-governance systems, including online admissions and digital record management.
  • Enhancement of transparency through an updated and informative institutional website.
  • Establishment of placement and grievance redressal cells.
  • Introduction of a structured feedback system involving students, parents, and faculty.

Mid-Term Goals

  • Transition towards a paperless administrative system.
  • Decentralization of administrative functions to departments.
  • Strengthening of the alumni network and engagement.
  • Establishment of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with academic and industry partners.
  • Enhancement of financial resources through diversified funding sources.

Long-Term Goals

  • Achievement of a fully paperless administrative system.
  • Adoption of autonomous and efficient governance practices.
  • Development of a strong alumni-based funding and support network.

INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

Short-Term Goals

  • Development of two to five smart classrooms equipped with modern teaching aids.
  • Establishment of a basic computer laboratory.
  • Improvement of sanitation facilities and provision of safe drinking water.
  • Provision of basic Wi-Fi connectivity on campus.
  • Upgrading of library facilities.

Mid-Term Goals

  • Expansion of a fully equipped computer laboratory.
  • Establishment of a language laboratory.
  • Construction or development of a girls’ hostel facility.
  • Development of a multipurpose hall for academic and co-curricular activities.
  • Provision of campus-wide Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Digitization of library resources.

Long-Term Goals

  • Development of modern and comprehensive campus infrastructure.
  • Construction of an auditorium and administrative block.
  • Establishment of research laboratories and innovation spaces.

SPECIAL FOCUS AREAS
